1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services.

2. Description of Service

REMO is a real estate media operations platform that connects property owners, real estate agents, and businesses with professional photographers, videographers, drone operators, and 3D scanning specialists. Our platform facilitates:

• Booking professional media services for real estate properties
• Scheduling and coordinating media production appointments
• Managing media assets and deliverables
• Communication between clients and media professionals

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Booking Services

When you book media services through our platform, you agree to provide accurate property information and be available (or have authorized access) at the scheduled time. Bookings are subject to photographer availability and service area coverage.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to photographer availability and must be made at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.

5. Payment Terms

Prices for services are displayed at the time of booking and may vary based on property size, services selected, and location. By completing a booking, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount due.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

Platform Content

The REMO platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Real Estate Media Operations and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without prior written consent.

Media Deliverables

Upon full payment for services, you receive a license to use the delivered media (photos, videos, 3D tours) for your real estate marketing purposes. Specific usage rights may vary by service package and will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you provide through our platform (property information, communications, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process it for providing our services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you provide and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We are a platform that connects clients with independent media professionals. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by photographers or other service providers, though we strive to maintain high standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL ESTATE MEDIA OPERATIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Estate Media Operations and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
