Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, applications, and related services operated by Real Estate Media Operations ("REMO," "we," "our," or "us"), including remo-app.com, app.remo-app.com, and related pages and APIs. By accessing or using those services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, requesting access, or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use REMO on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes that company.
2. Description of the service
REMO is hosted software for real estate media companies. Workspace operators use it to run their own operations, which can include job intake and scheduling, team and role management, media storage and delivery, client communication, billing tooling, and optional AI-assisted photo editing.
REMO does not provide, employ, or broker photographers, videographers, drone operators, editors, or other field or post-production labor. People who appear in the software as photographers, editors, or similar roles are the customer's team members or the customer's contractors, not ours.
We may add, change, or remove features, including automated or AI-assisted functions. Those changes are not a promise that we supply media labor or that any particular feature will remain available.
3. Accounts and workspaces
To use most of the services you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:
- Keeping account credentials confidential
- All activity under your account
- Telling us promptly if you believe the account was accessed without authorization
- Keeping account information accurate
A workspace is a customer environment on REMO. The workspace owner is responsible for members they invite, roles they assign, content they store, integrations they connect, and how the workspace is used with their clients.
We may suspend or terminate accounts or workspaces that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are used for fraud or abuse.
4. Bookings with your clients
If you use REMO to take bookings, schedule jobs, collect payment, or deliver media to your clients, those commercial terms are between you and your clients. REMO is not a party to those contracts and is not the photographer or editor on the job.
Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, no-shows, property access, and the quality of a shoot or edit are your responsibility. Public booking pages may link to your own service agreement and privacy policy. Those documents, not these Terms, govern your relationship with your clients.
You must have the right to collect and use the information you put into REMO about properties, clients, and team members.
5. Fees and payment
You pay REMO for access to the software and related usage, including subscriptions and credits, as shown at checkout or in workspace billing. Amounts, taxes, and billing intervals are those presented when you purchase.
Job prices in a workspace catalog are set by that workspace. When a workspace collects payment from its clients through a connected processor, that charge is the workspace's. It is not a purchase of photography or editing from REMO.
Payments to REMO are processed by Stripe. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers. A workspace may also connect Square or another processor for its own client payments. Those processors have their own terms.
Fees are non-refundable except where we say otherwise at purchase, where the product provides a refund path, or where law requires it.
6. Intellectual property and customer content
The platform
The REMO software, design, documentation, and related materials are owned by Real Estate Media Operations and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as we expressly allow.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you and your workspace submit, including property information, messages, and media files. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide the services, including through vendors described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not claim ownership of photographs, video, or other media you process in REMO, and we do not grant your clients a license to that media. Usage rights among you, your team, and your clients are yours to define.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit content and to authorize us to process it, and that the content does not violate law or third-party rights.
7. AI and automated features
Some features send media or other content to third-party processors so we can provide editing or operational help. Results can be wrong, incomplete, or unusable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you rely on them or deliver them to a client.
You must not use these features to process content you are not allowed to share with us or with those processors.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Provide false or misleading information
- Interfere with or disrupt the services or related systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
- Use the services for fraud or any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Circumvent security or access controls
- Upload malware or attempt to scrape the services in a way that harms them
- Use the services to process personal data you do not have a right to process
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
REMO is software and related hosted tools. We are not a photography studio, staffing agency, or marketplace for media labor. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of work performed by you, your team, or your contractors, or for access to any property.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL ESTATE MEDIA OPERATIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Estate Media Operations and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services, your workspace's dealings with clients or team members, content you submit, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time and, where the product allows, delete a workspace. Deleted workspaces may remain recoverable for a limited period before permanent deletion, as shown in the product.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or if we discontinue the services.
Upon termination, your right to use the services ends. Provisions that should survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification, remain in effect.
13. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes take effect when posted, or later if we say so. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
